After another plumbing company refused to work with me because they didn't like the brand of faucets I chose for my bathroom remodel, Smith Plumbing Solutions was recommended to me. From the first phone call, to the last fixture installment, they were friendly and professional. They worked with the contractor's schedule for the bathroom remodel, and pleasantly put up with my numerous phone calls to schedule or reschedule visits. They showed up when promised, and the work they completed was excellent. Their quote for the work was accurate and fairly priced. They are now my go-to plumbing experts.

I have used Smith Plumbing for about ten years. They have done minor to major jobs. They are very good. Never had a issue with their work. They are pleasant and never leave a mess. Also when you reach out to their office, you will find They are very courteous and respectful as well. You can't go wrong with Smith Plumbing Solutions!

I've used SPS twice now to install a water heater and to find and fix an underground leak. They were easy to schedule with, friendly, and reasonably priced. All of the work was done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I have no complaints from their service and would recommend them for any plumbing work.

We so appreciate the excellent service! We had a sudden water leak. The on call service answered at 10 PM. They were at our house at 8 AM the next morning. Professional service and great folks to work with. We highly recommend Smith Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Smith Plumbing has been incredibly responsive, fair, and professional during our many emergencies we have had the last year and a half. Neal and Nick have been great to work with and their crews are top notch. I highly recommend them for all plumbing related issues/work, including septic!

We had a sudden leak from our ceiling late Friday night. Despite it being late the folks from Smith came out and were very thorough in helping to identify and remediate the issue. They called Monday to follow up and ensure things were properly resolved. Definitely helped make a very stressful situation a lot better.

SPS has come to our residence in the past 2 months for 2 different issues. When the first was resolved quickly, we knew that we would call this service for future problems. This week we had flooding in our bathroom and they came very quickly to get that fixed. We recommend this service to anyone. The techs were very friendly, courteous and kept us informed during the repair. Great company to render service.

Smith Plumbing is the best. They have done several small jobs at my home such as repairing a toilet flange and fixing a leaky shower valve, They are prompt. I have never been so happy with a plumbing company! We have used them three times, and in each instance they went above and beyond. Erek and Gavin were here yesterday to fix what we thought was a leak outside of our house. Turns out it was a leaky toilet that had more than doubled our water bill. We did not hear the leak. We have had several plumbers or contractors look at this toilet because the pressure seemed off. They assured me it was fine. But Erek found and fixed the problem. It’s like a new toilet! But he didn’t stop there. I mentioned several other possible issues and Erek went under the house twice to check for any other possible leaks. I appreciate Erek’s positive and cheerful demeanor. He listens well and is very thorough. I learned from him the two times he was out here as well. What not to do, and things to look for. Plumbing doesn’t get better than this!

Thank you to Smith Plumbing Solutions for the timely response to our plumbing issue. I called Monday morning and scheduled someone to come out early afternoon the same day. They showed up and went straight to work finding the problem. After the initial issue was resolved, we discovered another issue and they got that fixed as well. I would highly recommend SPS to anyone needing any plumbing issues taken care of. Thank you again for the prompt and courteous service.

So thankful I found Smith Plumbing Solutions. I had a pipe burst Jan. 2024. My garage was flooded. My regular plumber was unable to come help. I called Smith’s and a plumber came within 30 minutes. I’ve used their services since. Need a plumber, call Smith’s Plumbing Solutions Plus!!

Erik at SPS is great! He fixed a broken cvpc pipe under my kitchen sink and was quick and respectful. He was also very patient with my questions about the materials and parts used as well as provided knowledge responses.
